Content guidelines

What you may and may not publish or send through Pozy.

Last updated 30 October 2026

The short version

Publish and send things your audience asked for or would expect from you, and follow each platform's own rules. If a platform would remove it, do not send it through Pozy.

Not allowed

Spam and unsolicited bulk messages, including messages to people who have not opted in or have opted out.

Content that is illegal, sexually exploits minors, promotes violence or terrorism, or harasses or threatens people.

Impersonation and deceptive content, including fake reviews and undisclosed paid endorsements.

Malware, phishing and links designed to collect credentials or payment details under false pretences.

Fake engagement: buying or selling followers, likes, views or reviews, and coordinated inauthentic activity.

Messaging channels

SMS, WhatsApp, iMessage and RCS need consent from the recipient and honour opt-outs immediately. Marketing messages must follow the rules of the recipient's country and the carrier or platform.

AI-generated content

Label AI-generated or synthetic media where a platform asks you to. Pozy's post settings include the disclosure flags platforms provide.

What happens if you break them

We may remove content, pause automations, or suspend a workspace. Where we can, we will tell you what happened and how to fix it first.
