# Things to ask

Requests that work well once Pozy is connected to your AI assistant, for posting, scheduling, the inbox, analytics, ads and account housekeeping.

Once Pozy is [connected](https://pozy.ai/docs/mcp/connect), ask in your own words. The requests below are starting points that map cleanly onto the tools. Name the platform, and the account when you have more than one there.

## Post and schedule

- "Post 'We are open this Saturday, 10am to 4pm' to Instagram and LinkedIn now."
- "Schedule this for tomorrow at 9am New York time on X: ..."
- "Put this in my queue for the Acme profile."
- "Save this as a draft for the Facebook page. I will review it later."
- "Check this caption against every platform I post to before we schedule anything."
- "Show my scheduled posts for next week."
- "Which posts failed this week? Tell me why, then retry the ones that can go out now."

## Write with you

- "Turn this blog post into a LinkedIn post and a short X thread, then schedule both for Monday morning."
- "Write three caption options for this product photo, under 150 characters each, and post the one I pick."
- "Rewrite this announcement for Instagram, keep it casual, and put the link in a first comment."

## Inbox

- "Show unanswered Instagram DMs from this week."
- "Summarise the new comments on my last YouTube video and draft replies."
- "Reply to Ana's latest message: 'Thanks! It ships on Monday.'"
- "List Google reviews of 3 stars or less without a reply, and draft an answer for each."

## Analytics

- "How did my Instagram posts do last month? Which got the most engagement?"
- "Compare LinkedIn and X reach for the last 30 days."
- "When do my posts get the most engagement? Give me the top three times in my timezone."
- "Which of my posts are still getting views a week after posting?"

## Ads

- "How much did my campaigns spend this week, per platform?"
- "List my active Meta campaigns with their cost per conversion."
- "Pause the campaign with the lowest click-through rate."
- "Are there any ad alerts I should know about?"

## Housekeeping

- "Which Pozy workspace am I in, and can you make changes?"
- "Do any of my accounts need reconnecting?"
- "Connect a new TikTok account to the Acme profile."
- "Create a profile for our new client, Brightside Bakery."

## Beyond the everyday tools

The assistant can reach every API operation through `search_tools` and `call_tool`. Ask for the outcome and let it find the operation:

- "List my approved WhatsApp templates."
- "Set up a comment-to-DM automation on my latest reel: anyone who comments 'guide' gets the link by DM."
- "Show the queue slots for the Acme profile and add one on Fridays at 5pm."
- "Create a webhook that sends post.failed events to https://example.com/hooks/pozy."

## Tips

- **Draft first, publish second.** Ask for a draft or a dry run, read it, then say "publish it".
- **Say which account.** With two Instagram accounts connected, "post from @acme" saves a round of questions. The assistant asks instead of guessing.
- **Media needs a URL.** Give the assistant a public link to the image or video, or upload a local file first with [`POST /v1/media/presign`](https://pozy.ai/docs/publishing/media).
- **Times are explicit.** Say the timezone ("9am Madrid time"), or the assistant uses UTC.
- **Platform rules still apply.** Each platform has its own length and media limits. See [Platforms](https://pozy.ai/docs/platforms).
